EXCELLENTVerified Where do I begin? We booked this home for a 13-person family wedding celebration, and wanted room for everyone, luxuries, and a bit of fun. This house checked all 3 boxes. All of the finishes are high end. From the Toto bidets, to the ARCADE, to every imaginable kitchen gadget and implement, we were absolutely spoiled. As soon as we booked, Jenesa reached out with recommendations for restaurants. As we were close to the date, Cody reached out with more info about the house, including links to youtube videos on how to use certain amenities. They were happy to provide both an early check-in and a late departure. When we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful bottle of Domaine Serene wine (Are you kidding???) and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, which were devoured very quickly. The house was absolutely spotless. It felt like it hadn't been lived in. Cody and Jenesa have created an amazing experience in Rockaway Beach.Verified Beautiful home!! It exceeded expectations. They had everything for each age group. The game room was a hit from our 84 year grandma to the 1 year old grand-niece. The kitchen had every amenity x2! Four master bathrooms were each very unique. The view was breathtaking and the house provided a panoramic view of the ocean from the comfort of the living room and kitchen with massive windows. The house was tastefully decorated not overwhelming and cluttered. The best part of all was the feeling that we were staying in our closes friends’ home. The house felt inviting and welcoming. I imagine it carries the personalities of Cody & Jenesa. Cody was quick to respond to our questions and was patient in his responses. We hope to stay at their lovely home again. The homemade cookies and gift box were an extra touch. Unexpected, but wonderfully appreciated. The kitchen amenities are outstanding ….one of the best homes we have ever stayed at!Verified This home was impressive! Highlights were the view, huge and well stocked kitchen, high-end luxury bathrooms in each of 4 King suites, super fun arcade room- skee ball, air hockey and darts were highlights, and the hot tub. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Very clean, everything as advertised, we had no issues during our stay.Verified We absolutely loved our stay at the West Rock! Never a dull moment with the house’s amenities and the natural beauty surrounding you in Rockaway Beach. From enjoying the game room and hot tub during the rainy days, and then walking the beach and soaking up the ocean breeze when the sun came out- there was no shortage of activity or breathtaking entertainment. Everyone gets to be a kid again in the game room- we loved the nostalgia of guitar hero, ski ball, air hockey, etc! The location of the house is also perfect being right on the water, but also walking distance to the town to grab ice cream, lunch, or just shop around for some Rockaway trinkets. Cody and Jenesa were great hosts, always responsive if we had a question and you could tell they truly love the house and care about making it a comfortable and fun stay for all their guests. 5 stars to them and the house! We want to come back asap!Verified The house is even nicer than the pictures show. You can tell a ton of care was taken in designing the house and stocking it with everything you could need. We brought a few kitchen items we didn't expect to find, but we shouldn't have bothered -the kitchen had everything we wanted!Verified This house is truly one of a kind. Killer views, amazing location, over the top amenities (the arcade is great! We all enjoyed playing the games), the perfect kitchen and really lovely guest rooms each different and unique. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back again. Our hosts made the entire process from check-in to check out very easy, and the info magazine on the house was very helpful to figure out how things worked in the house. Waking up to the view of the ocean with coffee in hand was the best part of the whole stay.Verified Where do I even start?? Ive been to a lot of air bnbs and this tops all of them! The host is amazing and so nice, let us check in early and out late for free, always responsive and even left us a bday present since that’s what we were celebrating! The whole house was mind blowing at how much time and energy was put into the place. We had a fire by the beach, used the amazing hot tub, sang karaoke, cooked in the beautiful kitchen, spent A LOT of time in the arcade that had real machines and just was in awe over the bathrooms. Even the toilets had heated seats! They had every appliance you could think of for the kitchen with two fridges and even had an espresso machine! We sat in the recliners just in awe at the view sipping on our espressos. It also felt so private there! We never wanted to leave! HIGHLY recommend staying here!!Verified Cody and Jenesa’s house was amazing and they were incredible hosts. Very responsive and even gave us free early check in and check out. WILL be back for sure.Verified Just… wow. This place is truly otherworldly, and perfect for our small group birthday celebration. Slept 10 adults comfortably, and all of the suites are amazing in their own way, and we loved that the bed firmness was listed on the door so people could get just what they wanted! The kitchen was out of control and more well stocked than any kitchen I have ever seen and accommodated all of our complicated meals :) There’s nothing like people working hard in the kitchen and then literally opening up the entire window to the fresh smell and sound of the Pacific Ocean! Cody & Jenesa were such amazing responsive hosts and we were all inspired by the inspiration they had created with this spot. We felt grateful to get to experience it for the weekend! This is a beautiful little patch of the world and is a great getaway for any group or family.
