EXCELLENTVerified Cody and Jenesa’s home was truly an epic experience. The views are incredible. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even more breathtaking in person.The house was perfectly set up for hosting and had absolutely everything we could possibly want/need. From the big comforts like high-quality furnishings, beautiful tiled bathrooms, a steam room, and those awesome smart glass windows that turn opaque. To the thoughtful little details like oyster shuckers, board games, baby high chairs, and every kitchen appliance imaginable. Also the game room kept both the kids (and adults..) entertained for hours.Each bedroom was cozy and unique, with comfortable beds and pillows, so no one felt like they were compromising. You can really tell how much thought and care went into the design and setup of this home.Everything exceeded our expectations, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were 9 women ages 43 to 75 and all of us enjoyed everything about this home, especially cooking in the elegant kitchen which is every cook's dream. So fun to watch this group take advantage of all the amenities including the game/play room where they acted like children again. There was no detail or luxury missed. Our hosts knocked our socks off with attention to detail, communication and their kind and thoughtful care to make our stay one that will live in our memories. Everything was thoughtfully designed, beautifully maintained, and just made for a perfect family getaway.We stayed with our extended family, including young kids, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. There were multiple cribs, high chairs, a kid-sized table, and plenty of dishes and utensils for little ones. The amount of games, books, and kid-friendly touches was so appreciated.Everything in the house was top of the line. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into every detail even down to the QR codes and brochure placed throughout the house, which answered every possible question we had. It made everything so easy.We had a blast with the home’s arcade room with games and karaoke, loved our nights around the fire pit looking over the ocean, and enjoyed using the telescopes. The hosts were extremely responsive and did so many little things to make our stay feel special. The pictures were almost too good to be true, and the property was even more special once we were there in person. They have truly thought of every way to make this house feel like home. There are clear instructions on how to use everything. The area has so much to offer, but the house is so relaxing and comfortable that we were reluctant to leave. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the fire pit made a perfect nightly gathering spot, the game room was endlessly entertaining, the hot tub was outstanding, and 12 grown men had plenty of space to spread out and sleep. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the views are spectacular from every window. It’s always good to get home, but this home was very hard to leave. From the very beginning, their communication was incredible. Always quick to respond and thoughtful every step of the way. They truly went out of their way to host our family. Cody and Jenesa’s attention to detail was unmatched, and the welcome gift they left made us feel instantly at home. Their beach house itself is stunning. It was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and right on the water. The game room was incredible and kept our family laughing and entertained the whole trip. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we left with wonderful memories. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better experience.
