Cody and Jenesa Reich's journey is truly inspiring! Meeting at such a young age of 13 & 10 years old and then building a life together, they turned their dream of a beach house into reality through perseverance, hard work and creativity. A visit to Rockaway Beach sparked their vision for a home by the ocean.

Facing challenges in finding the right property, they didn’t give up.

Instead, they took a proactive approach by cold calling beachfront lot owners. Their determination paid off when they finally received a call back from a lot owner willing to sell. It was a pivotal moment—they enthusiastically affirmed their interest and made an offer, leading to a successful deal just a few weeks later.

With the lot secured, the design process began, setting the stage for their dream beach house. It's a testament to their commitment and resourcefulness, showing how dreams can become reality with hard work and a bit of creativity.

None of it would have been possible without the support of great friends, family and fantastic coworkers.

A truly rewarding outcome to a wonderful period in their life. Sharing the beach house with others will surely create many more unforgettable memories.
